 Refund Policy


All cancellations must be received in writing (letter, fax or e-mail), addressed to TUCSA. All refunds less bank expenses will be made after the symposium.

Registration fees

Registration fee refund requests received before August will be refunded without any deduction. No refunds will be granted for participants whose papers are included in the proceedings. Two-thirds (2/3) of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received after August 16th. For cancellations received after September 12th, 2010, only one-third(1/3) of the registration fee will be refunded.

Inscriptions in Tours

The prices of the optional tour program are available for a minimum of 20 participants. Cancellations received before August 15th will be entitled to a full refund less bank expenses. Cancellations after August 15th will be entitled to a 50% refund. No refund will be given for cancellations received within five days prior to the start of the tour.
