Notes:
1. Only students under 35 years of age are eligible
2. Presidents & Directors Dinner is not included in the registration fee for ECCS Meetings.
    However one president and one director from each active ECCS member may participate
    free of charge together with one accompanying person. The maximum number of such
    participants may be four persons for each member organisation.

The registration fee covers admission to the sessions, the proceedings book (or CD), coffee breaks, lunches on three days, Welcome Reception, Symposium Dinner. In the case of Accompanying Persons, three days sightseeing in Istanbul with lunches and museum visits instead of the sessions and proceedings book (or CD).
